Session Breakdown:

There are many types of portrait sessions available to you depending on what you’re looking for! Here is a list of what is included with each package.

Mini Headshot Session: $300. Includes 2 fully edited and retouched photo with access to the entire digital preview gallery (watermarked). Sessions lasts about 30 minutes with 1 outfit and 1 backdrop option. (In Studio or Outdoor)

Headshots: $500. Includes 4 fully edited and retouched photos with access to the entire digital preview gallery (watermarked). The session will usually last about 1 hour with up to 2 looks and 2 backdrop options. (In Studio or Outdoor)

Group Headshot Sessions: (Corporations, Summer Camps, Apprentice Programs, etc): Custom quote based on location or in Studio. 10-20 minutes per person, one look, and one fully edited and retouched headshot each.

Portraits: $600. *For Promo/Branding/Website purposes* Includes 6 fully edited and retouched photos with access to the entire digital preview gallery (watermarked). Sessions last roughly 2 hours with up to 3 looks and 3 backdrop options. (In Studio)

Events/Concerts: Contact Lauren directly for a specifically tailored rate for you and your events needs.

All additional edits: $50 each for the first 5. Inquire about batch discounts!

Lauren's studio is in Philadelphia, PA. They are often traveling to Chicago and the DFW area. Feel free to contact Lauren to see if she's coming to a city near you!

**Note: Lauren's current studio is located on the third floor - there is unfortunately no elevator. If accessing this type of space doesn’t work for you, please let them know and they will book another space that is more accessible.

When you book, you make a non-refundable deposit of $100. This goes towards the price of the session. You can postpone once with this deposit, as long as you contact Lauren 48 hours before your session.

If you need to postpone again, a new deposit will be requested. If you cancel or postpone the session less than 48 hours before your appointed time, you forfeit your deposit :(

Lauren takes cash, Venmo, Zelle, and PayPal!

a) You'll select a day and time that works for both you and Lauren.

b) You send your non-refundable deposit (that goes toward the price of the session) to secure your date and time.

c) Lauren wants to get to know you! She will ask you to send one word (ish) that encapsulates what “vibe” you’re looking for. You can also send Lauren any pictures that you think will help support it. This will help them as they put together your vision board, and plan/prep for the session! This will also help Lauren clearly understand what you’re going for so she can aim to achieve it.

d) It's also helpful to send Lauren what you're thinking of wearing so she can pull the best backdrops (or find the best location) for you!

Some people like to hire someone to do their hair and makeup the day of. If you’d like to go this route Lauren's only recommendation is that you test the look beforehand. There’s nothing worse than being surprised on the day of the shoot!

If you do your own, wonderful! As long as you feel secure and confident, it will show in your photos :)

Much like my advice for hair and makeup, just make sure you’re wearing something that makes you feel confident! Don’t be afraid to be who you are! Bring some patterns, colors, or even an interesting neckline.

Feel free to bring lots of options and you and Lauren can make decisions as you go!

You will received your unedited photos within 1-2 weeks of the session (usually sooner).

Once you select your photos to be edited, Lauren will get the final products back to you within 2-4 weeks.

If you need them faster, just be in touch and you and Lauren can figure out a reasonable rush rate!

Depending on your package, you will get anywhere from 80 - 200 of the best, un-retouched images in jpegs from the shoot.

*Don't use any un-retouched photos for professional use or promotion of your brand. The highest quality files will come with the edited/retouched select photos.

Any edited photos are yours to use as you please! Lauren would love a credit when possible (on social media or when companies ask for publicity).

Please do NOT add any additional edits or retouches to any photos Lauren sends you. She puts significant effort in the final product of your edited photos. Just ask if you’d like something specific, and they can touch them up (within reason).

Any unedited photos are not for public sharing. It would be hard to see unfinished products out there.

Lauren does a lot of prep work for your session, and always encourages you to speak up before and during the shoot if you would like to make any changes. Periodically, she will show you how the images are reading on the camera so that you have multiple opportunities to tweak the look and make sure she's on track with your vision.

Because of this, Lauren does not offer free reshoots.

If you've recently changed your look and/or want to shoot a mini session, all returning clients always receive a discount off any package.
